OFF – ICE
Our off-ice program consist of – stick handling – shooting -reaction – strength – speed and agility training. The program helps kids build a better ice hockey specific athletic foundation , control their bodies, and be less injury prone. In the program kids will learn correct techniques they can apply to their own programs – summer etc.
This is a great additional resource for players looking for learning correct and safe ways for an off-ice workout program, but nothing replaces free play and time with your friends and family. Stichandling skills develop with constant practice – our No gimmicks practices developed by Canadian top coach Yogi Svejkovski and Kris Beech teaches game-like thinking, foot, and hand-speed that will set you apart from the rest.
